We only collect the personal data you provide to us directly:

• Through the contact form: name, email address, phone and company (where provided) and the content of your message.
• Through direct contact by email (geral@melody-frontier.pt), phone or WhatsApp (+351 966 779 533): the data you choose to share in that communication.

This website does not collect browsing data for tracking purposes and does not use advertising or analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy).

We process your data to:

• Respond to your contact or initial assessment request — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Follow-up communication related to your request — legal basis: Melody Frontier's legitimate interest in following up on professional contacts you initiated (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

We keep contact data for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request and, at most, 12 months after the last contact — unless the contact results in a contractual relationship (in which case data is kept under the terms of that relationship and applicable legal obligations).
